Welcome to this friendly, honest and totally non judgemental forum. We’ve all either been where you are, or still are and want help.

Can you give a bit more information. How long for and how much are you drinking? What are you drinking? Just be honest, believe you me, you won’t shock anyone. At one point, I’d drink anything I could get my hands on!

I can’t really say much more till you give a bit more information.

I can’t really say much without more information. How long have you been drinking and what are you drinking? At one stage, I’d have drunk anything I could get my hands on!

Please come back with a bit more information. Like I said you won’t be judged, we just want to offer advice or listen

Well done Max for arriving here , as Vickylou says it's a hard step to take but but admitting you have a problem gets you on your way to a solution. As the others say you won't be judged on this forum but will find a wealth of experience , information and loads of support.
