So I've just found out that I have got herpes. This is my first OB, I'm in agony as it is I can't pee without being In a bath I can't walk properly or sit down and to top it all off I'm about to start my period, does anyone have any tips??
The first is the worst. You've got the peeing-in-the-bath thing down. The best advice is to hang in there and you'll never face it this bad again! Sorry I don't have more.

I also got my first OB once my period started. Sleep as much as you can and try to put ACYCLOVIR cream, this helped me a lot. Drink lots and lots of water. I am going through the same thing as you. My first outbreak started last thursday and it lasted until 2 days ago. I am still a little sore but it is very important to stick to the medicine. I understand your agony, I am also going through this right now. Please remain strong
Have you been prescribed tablets to clear the outbreak? If so, this should go within a few days and ease off quite quickly. I know the pain, and believe me I know how bad it is. Keep having baths with salt water as it helps a lot more than you think. Vaseline helped a little if the sores were rubbing against each other. This isn’t the end of the world and it gets a lot better.. most people have this! Keep smiling 😁
