I'm back

After losing 2 and half stone was dumb and put it back on starting tomorrow any tips I'm fed up wiv myself

don't be hard on yourself, often it is underlying triggers.  Try and understand the triggers and start again.    

The worst part is I hate being fat don't know y I do it to myself

I would suggest to ask your GP for cbt .    cognitive behaviour therapy.  it is very informative to help (People) to understand why we act, or behave in certain ways.  We have to look at ourselves and perhaps look into our past, see how those thoughts originally developed, then to see how we can make those negative thoughts into positive ones.   once we understand this or the pattern in our thinking and behaviour then we are ready to make those changes.
