Was in doctors this morning for my smear test. I had to the the doctor to attempt it because the nurse at the surgery could not find my cervix a few months ago. The doctor tried this morning and she couldn’t quite get to it. So now I am being referred for a colposcopy.
I mentioned the fact that I have been having a lot of bloody brown discharge. She said it isn’t abnormal but I’m still panicking about it. I take the rigevidon pill without a break. So that’s probably why. I don’t know though.
Has anyone else had similar experiences?
some refer u for a colposcopy if you are having bleeding that shouldnt be there like brown beeding etc they go off symptoms sometimes as bleeding between periods is a symptom there could be abnormalities so thats probably why they want to have a better look it does not mean that there is something wrong
it may just be down to the pill as u say as its not uncommon to have brown bleeding or bleeding whilst being on it but they may just want to check that that is wats causing it try not to panic or worry over it
