hey i have them red spots on my penis head and idk what it is anybody have a clue? im getting depressed hoping its not herpes and or anything bad thanks any help is appreciated

Does it burn when you urinate or anything? Do you use soap on your penis? It looks like balanitis. I am not a medical professional but you could try Lotrinin AF (antifungal) to see if that helps. My penis gets like that at times. Just use warm water on your penis when showering.

Photo 1 suggests you have a yeast / fungal infection, most common cause is unprotected vaginal sex - it is possible to develop this without sex, this would be linked to very poor hygiene if it is not sexually related.
Get something like clotrimazole from the pharmacy and use as directed for 2 weeks - go to a sexual health service if you have further problems …
