I'm having serious neck/back pain and i wish there was an actual fix besides waiting

Just 15 minutes ago i went into a yoga position outside and rolled forwards in front of my friends as some funny joke or whatever, and after i did that my neck started to hurt. It's actually a type of pain that I've felt twice before, the first time was when i was with my dog on a skate board. I jumped off at some point (which i had done a thousand times before) and expected it not to screw up my neck, i had to walk home like i had s**t my pants, and i had to wait two and a half weeks for it to heal completely. Worst two weeks of my life. The second time was just a month ago, which makes me frustrated that i have to put up with this pain again so soon. I was snowboarding and i tried to stop legitimately for the first time, which went well for a while until i got flung on my back because i did something wrong in the process of stopping, and now im afraid of going snowboarding again. I don't know what to do about it. It's not the type of neck pain most people experience (like sleeping wrong) or at least I don't think so. The pain feels like it's in my spine, like the actual bone, not muscle, it feels like a spine beed popped out (is it called spine beed? I hope you know what i mean by that) my spine is just seriously f****d up and it's frustrating and now i have to lay in bed all day and it really angers me. I need a fix if there even is one. I don't think ice does much, It's never worked for me. Please help.
