I used Vaseline where the sores were and that helped me.

Try a sit bath for 10 mi, it will help.

Pee in the shower, if you have a detachable shower head point it directly at the genitals. Drinking lots of water is also good, i know you'll want to stop peeing as much as possible but diluting your urine will help. Urine on sore is soooo painful. Numbing gel also is helps a lot.
