Im so scared i had unprotected sex once about a year ago, and about a month ago noticed this. hasnt went any worse at all. what is it please?

I think some of the lumps could be genital warts; you also have some prominent sebaceous (oil) glands in the background which is somewhat confusing. You should try to see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

some of the spots resemble genital warts.
just incase anyone comes across this it is genital warts. if anyone has any tips on how to get rid of them id be grateful
there is creams you can put on and some clinics can use different techniques
