hi sorry you are going through a bad patch. ive been on setraline for a very long time on 100 but i myself want to come off thm and half halved my dose. due to that i am getting dizzy spells, shaky and feel sick so i think i willgo back to docs for talk. i do have a look on the internet regarding your tablets and yes a very few nasty side effects. but you will find that with every pill. if i read about setraline in the first place i would have been worried but was in such a dark place i just went with it. it does take a while but has helped me. i think if you are worried go back to docs for another chat. i do know lots of people of several different things which have help certain issues. sorry not much help but 8 wish you the very best x

i know exactly what you mean. give them a try and always go back to a professional. all the best x
I’d go into your pharmacy and check with them. Pharmacists tend to have much better knowledge about drug interactions than doctors. If your pharmacist doesn’t know straight off they’d easily be able to look it up and give you proper advice.
Hi these aren’t strong or powerful drugs you know and not anywhere near the same class as ones such as opiates. It takes between 4-6 weeks for the effects to fully kick in and it is common to feel worse until they do.
If your doctor has prescribed them together then trust their medical knowledge. x
