i am in so much pain. i recently developed these sores after a few days of a lot of sex. i thought i had a UTI, (could have this as well) but i noticed some bumps, today they are horrid. they are painful, itchy, and agonizing. i have an app with my doctor tomorrow. my partner of 8 years has never had a genital outbreak but does get cold sores frequently. i think this is a result of rough sex and exposure to HSV-1. i got a full bloodwork panel back in april and all std came back negative (standard test for my clinic). i feel i may have been exposed years ago but am finally getting my first outbreak. ive read the first is the absolute worse. those with hsv1 genital, how often do you get outbreaks? i am also a mum and worried about my kids. pls help xx
