Okay so the past week or so I’ve been having mucus running down the back of my throat and it’s starting to scare me, like sometimes it feels like it’s blocking my airway sometimes, and everytime I clear my throat it’s still there, i was sick about 1 and a half weeks ago with a cold and sore throat but I really don’t know if it is post nasal drip or not? I hear that POst nasal drip does not go away and it’s really starting to scare me, I don’t want to have it forever if that’s even what this is. I’m scared I’m gonna die from it I have very bad anxiety too, please help I don’t know what to do &

Pink, even if it’s post nasal drip, You won’t die from it. Some people take Claritin to help get rid of it. Postnasal drip is very common and usually the result of a flu, allergies, cold or sinus infection. You have recently been sick so that’s most likely why you have this. It usually lasts around a week or so. You can call your doctors office to ask about home treatment.
It’s annoying but your throat won’t close up. Many people get this and it will stop eventually. Ask your doctor office what you can take over the counter.
