I just recently found out I may have herpes. I got tested but I haven't got my results back. I first noticed when I had some itching and I took a bath and said something is not right. I then took a look and saw that I had little red bumps so I went to the emergency room to get checked out. They took a look but they couldn't diagnose me because they didn't do test for stds.. they gave me a shot and made me take four pills then the bumps busted and they look like blisters. They're very painful and itchy. I finally went to a clinic and got checked. The doctor said she think it's herpes but she's not 100% sure. Every since I left there I could barely walk because it was so painful and it burned so bad. It bothers me during the middle of the night. I'm scared to use the bathroom because if ANYTHING touches it it burns and I'm scared to take a bath or a shower. It only feel okay when I sit down and sit straight up, today I've tried Vaseline and I'm wearing a pad. I'm just scared and idk what to do.
Aloe and/or lidocaine will help ease the burn. Vasoline shouldn't be used on the vulva. It can clog ducts and pores down there.
The try to drink lots of water to dilute your urine so it doesn't burn as much.
My daughter is 17 & I swear I don't know were her strength comes from because if I was her I don't know what I'll do ...she told me she is her mother daughter & sometimes I swear I don't know my own strength..but what I can tell you is god is amazing & he'll never let you weather the storm alone if it herpes then you will get tru it if not a lesson has been learned....try keeping it as dry as possible maybe try a little power of son kind that may help & give you a little comfort...she's at her second outbreak the first I wasn't there because she ran away from home choose to deal with a guy that knew he had it & never told her .. crazy part about it is she knows better but glory to God it wasn't aids
Samantha-it's definitely herpes by your description bc o had the exact same thing. I actually thought I cut myself shaving so I didn't look for a week. But the second week I went to the obgyn and he swabbed one of the blisters and I promise u I cried and wanted to cuss him out at the same time-it hurt some kinda bad!!!! My first ob lares two months even in valtrex. It's been ten months since my diagnosis and it has gotten a lot better. I take valtrex everyday and take LLysine vitamin c super b complex
Probiotic and magnesium. Whatch what I eat. I still deal with the stigma hence my profile name-scarletletter. I think at this point that is worse for me than the herpes itself. I'm 47 and single and don't even know how to say that word outta my mouth to a new guy. Take your daily suppressants and vitamins it will get better
To ease the pain during urination, fill a cup with plain tap water and dip the urethra opening into the cup , this shall dilute the ammonia in the urine and ease your pain.

My first ob was HORRIBLE!
Three months later my vag just burned constantly and the only thing that would stop it was pain medication. UNTILL i went to the doctor last week and she told me to try this creme its reallly thick like desitin a diaper rash cream but its called
CALMOSEPTINE and let me tell you it worked wonders for me & it has a cooling agent in it..
this is the most relief ive had in months without pain medication..
you can buy it over the counter i got a big tube of it for seven bucks at walmart pharmacy

The burning when you pee is AGONIZING
I was hospitalized during my first ob couldnt even put my legs down it was so bad.. i would litterally scream and cry just trying to pee my heart rate would jump into the 150's and theyd have to come shoot me with morphine right afterwards
If you can get a squirt bottle or squeeze bottle and put warm water in it and squeeze it down there whenever you have to go..
or as previously said use a cup.. or if your at home even tho its a pain in the ass put a little warm water in the bath tub to where you can sit in it & pee.. sounds gross i know but it will definitely help.
And if they prescribe valtrex make sure you take it! They had me on a weird dosage then when i went back to my doctor they put me on 1000 mg daily for the next year moving forward...
