i dont know what this is, it doesnt hurt nor does it hurt when i pee or ejaculate, everyday it changed form of wrinkle, i only had unprotected sex once and a BJ but this was around feb.2020, no headaches or anythjng bad and this started around august showing up. please help im scared to go get tested
