I’m scared I have HIV - potential first symptom?

*warning - sexual content below* I had unprotected oral sex around a week ago, with someone who has a bit of a reputation. Today I woke up and found white streaks all down the back of my throat and a lump type feeling on the same side. I thought it might be tonsillitis, but I do not have a sore throat. I have cuts in my mouth from a tooth, and whilst he didn't finish in my mouth, there was pre-ejaculation there that entered my mouth. I also noticed a rash on my chin after the oral sex, and I had an ulcer in my mouth afterwards too. I am now terrified that I have HIV/Aids and this is my first symptom. As I have also felt a bit washed out (tired/achey) and I do not have COVID (negative test). What is the likelihood of the HIV showing this soon? I will have a test but it will not show until 6 weeks after exposure, so I need to know how much I should panic in the meantime. I am only young and I just hate myself for being so irresponsible with someone I know has had a multitude of sexual partners. Thank you.

hey, by some symptom and only in week of time don’t jump to conclusion.
Anxiety plays big role now, even small rash, cough fever everything you will relate your conclusion.
Give your brain relaxation.
Whatever symptoms you mentioned are not even those essential common symptoms in real world and not in google world.

Relax you are all good.
