i want to know what i should do because ii keep getting pains in my lower abdomon shooting up to my chest and its making me very breathless and i dont know what to do as its very very very painful do i go to the ed or miu

I am not sure what you mean by 'ed or miu' if you mean accident and emergency or emergency room yes go if you are worried and the pain is 10/10...

Definitely see your doctor promptly.

It's very important to see a doctor ASAP if at emergency hospital or clinic or your own doctor. The symptoms can be anything from stress to acid reflux acid to ...  Never let painful symptoms that continue for more than a few days be ignored. You never know what the diagnosis is until you see doctor .

Be your own advocate and never take your health for granted. I want to encourage you to keep a journal of your symptoms to give to your doctor.
