Could also be lgv, it has similar outbreaks like herpes and it’s sometimes mistaken by it

Honestly i only see one bump and doesnt look like a open sore which herpes usually causes , could be a wart due to bacteria or something , go to the doctor and let them check it out ..keep us updated and stay positive !
