Ok so June 7 I had an encounter oral sex wise (giving it) and so I also have a cavity in my mouth with a exposed nerve ....doesn’t bleed unless I mess around with it.so during the encounter I had so much spit in my mouth and didn’t know about swallowing thing and I also deep throat couple of times.He didn’t ejaculate in my mouth but I don’t know about the Precum since I had so much spit in my mouth but I most likely spitted out with the spit I think 
.6 days later I got a sore throat,fever and chills and when I went online they said I was infected with hiv so I was crying panicking and just devastated. went to the hospital June 14 and they told me I had viral phrayngitis and they also did a throat culture ,so 3 days later they called and said I had strep so they prescribed me with Amoxicillin for 10 days. June 17 went to go get tested for all STDS and for Hiv one it can detect the acute infection from 4 to 12 days and I got those results back in 4 days and it came up negative.then at the 3 week mark went to go get tested with the rapid test it came up negative. I was still fearing and stressing over the incident over a month .I went to emergency room month after due to Panick Attack on what I looked online and I told the doctors the story so they took some blood out of my arm I just broke down crying and they said were gonna see if I had any infection and see if my blood is okay . So I waited for 2 hours and they said nothing was wrong I’m okay and I asked her can I put the hiv fear to rest she said “yes you can ,if you would had hiv we would been able to detect it”. So was relieved until the Fourth of July is when I had stomach pain,I was bloating and burping a lot and then sore throat is still here about month after the incident and I lost like 4/5 pounds in a week. And the sore throat is still there and kinds a running nose . please help me know what’s going on is it hiv?
The last doctor told you you are clear of HIV. No-one here can tell you better than that! Your throat and running nose symptoms are more likely to be cold or flu. Your anxiety might explain the stomach and gas symptoms - or maybe it's a gastric flu.
Look after yourself with good food, plain water, rest and a little outdoor exercise. If no improvement after a week, go back to the doctor.
The thing is they didn’t do a HIV Test on me but She just said if I had HIV they would had been able to detect it ,should I let that fear go or?
I'd get a second opinion. Just go get your blood taken elsewhere because how would they know???? I've had a couple of std panels done at the doctor and they always ask me if I want to get checked for HIV even if I don't get the panel done. I have severe anxiety so I can totally see how you could accidentally stress yourself out over this. I don't think the precum would carry the virus but I could be wrong.

Hi You have been told your clear, your problem now is stress, and stress can do some really bad things to you, for now get into meditation you can google stress and meditation for more info, but go find a local group who are into meditation learn how to and take it from there, this will put you righty. If you've had 2 separate test done for HIV including and HIV RNA you are fine. the chances of a false negative on results are real but very hard to get, you are suffering from what sounds like pretty bad anxiety. my recommendation is learn to control your thoughts and keep yourself distracted. I personally use an app called HEADSPACE every morning for 10 minutes to start my day on a clean and clear slate. Also Practice safe sex moving forward please

Believe me, you don't have HIV and the chances of getting HIV via the way you explained is very very less . You can pretty much say it is close to Zero. HIV is not an easy virus to catch and it is not easily spread until it unless you received oral when u were bleeding heavily from ur mouth which is not the case here.
So, My friend all I can say is Relax and chill. You don't have HIV and no one can catch HIV in that fashion unless or until heavy bleeding is involved(which is again a low chance to catch it) .
That’s why I’m so afraid ...I mean I feel so much better but I just have sore throat ,runny nose and I have these bumps inside my lips I’m so scared ((((
