Im 99.9% sure i have herpes. Was at the doctor last week in absolute agony.  She thought by looking it was herpes.  Went for appointment at the STI clinic and got the test done, i am now waiting on the results.  Ive been with my boyfriend for three years and this has only come out now! He doesn't have any symptoms..im so upset about the whole thing.  Was started on the anti viral tablets and felt better until this morning.  We had sex for the first time in nearly two weeks and now im stinging below (same as last week) and hurts to pee! Anyone know of any natural treatments? I feel disgusting and ashamed of myself

I'm sorry you're going through this but don't feel disgusting or ashamed bc you're not alone in this.

Try soaking in espom salt and drying the air with a hair dryer on low cool setting

Poor warm water on the infected area as you pee trust me this works wonders

Ice pack

Baking soda

Don't have sex while having a OB.

Try not to stress.

Thanks...its so hard not to worry all I do all day is think about it...its consumed my thoughts since ive got it. Is there any creams I can use to rub on the area do u know? Thanks for the message x

I was told to not put anything on the bumps but a lot of the ladies in this group use Zovirax your Dr and prescribed it or you can get the generic kind over the counter.
