I'm

a 21 year old sexually active female. I've had this sore which doesn't hurt till i touch or scratch it or when it comes in contact with shaving cream or soap. I can't go to a family doctor for privacy reasons. Please help

Hi, yeast infections can sometimes cause these kind of sores. If it’s itchy and you experience clumpy discharges, you can try an antifungal treatment. You can also take sitz bath to clean the sores and wear loose clothing. You shoudn’t apply shaving cream… only gentle unperfumed soap until it resolves.

Yeast sores and early herpes breakout can sometimes look similar. I understand your situation but the best thing to do would be to get it swabbed.
