I'm worried

So I found out late last year December that I have GH. I want to know is it normal to have outbreak so often. From I found out that I have it, I had 3 outbreak and I'm very uncomfortable. And my outbreak normally offer before and after my period. Is there anyone here had the samething happen to them.

I wish there was definite answer in regards to how consistent one gets outbreaks. But the reality is that there are so many variables to what triggers an outbreak. Be it hormonal changes in your body such as your period, stress in your life, diet, and even the sun. And I think that everyone’s body respond differently to these variables. The best anyone can do in order to deal with episodes is to keep your immunity up. Eat healthy. Rest enough. Some people take medication and others approach it natural through oils and at home remedies. If the outbreaks are that consistent and unbearable though I would recommend speaking with your doctor and see what would be recommend for you to do.

My last comment got deleted by moderator - I don't know of any rule the comment violated.  No links etc.  can anyone explain?  It's unfortunate with the time thoughtfully spent typing response to help someone and it gets deleted, without explanation or understanding why.    Thank you :-)

OB are more frequent closer to time of initial infection, as your immune system fights it into hiding.  Then it will appear less frequently and less plentiful as well.   I was diagnosed oct 2016 and had 3 OB (2 of them back to back) by another one or two, each lessening in severity, reducing to last one being barely noticible and not painful at all.   No OB at all since April 2018, just nearly constant prodrome, tingly sensitive patch on my lower butt cheap.  Goes away for about 5 weeks then comes back.

Thank u I really appreciate it

Thanks
