Difficult to tell as both photos are out of focus. Many causes of vulval bumps, from innocent (boils, folliculitis, insect bites) to quite serious (STDs- warts, molluscum, even syphilis).
Try posting photos that are in focus, otherwise get your doctor to examine you and get screened for STDs including blood tests for syphilis and HIV.
