I am in the US so it depends on what country you are in and what service is available. You could try to call a 24 hr pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist. . People do take hormones orally but it is now considered safer to use hormones topically or vaginally. However, that would be on a long term basis. I have no idea what effect if any swallowing a 10 mcg dose would have. Possibly give you a headache? Try calling someone just to be sure.
