i have been with my boyfriend just under a year now and he did tell me that he believed he had herpes at the very begining long story short i believed i had a UTI for a couple of days before the stinging started which is when i went to the clinic and the doctor said that it was herpes- awaiting results on the rest of the tests but should be all clear! anyway i am in the worst imaginable pain right now im 3 days into my outbreak with medication prescribed to me along with the numbing gel that burns like crazy to begin with but now its not even helping i cant pass urine or feaces along with being unable to sleep or eat simple painkillers do not work either as im always left jumping with stinging pain from the little lesions IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?!
Sorry to hear your feeling like this.
Have you got antivirals?
If your haven’t you need to get some it will help stop the virus replicating. Also ask for a prescription of numbing cream like lignocaine gel! This really helps!
Other things you can try:
-salt baths or salt washes down there. Try pee in the bath or shower or by pouring warm water down there as you pee.
- apply Vaseline prior to going to the toilet! It also helps the skin stop sticking together
-take lysine and zinc and multivitamin
-no coffee, sugars, chocolate, nuts, pastas or breads! A high arginine diet will encourage the virus!
-sleep when you can
-dab tea tree oil mixed with coconut oil with a que tip helps dry them up. - try wear as little underwear as possible when relaxing! Use the hair dryer to blow cold air!
Hi!
yes i have both my antivirals and my numbing and neither of the two seem to be helping
i know its early days but new lesions are still appearing
FOR THE LIFE OF ME HOW DO YOU WIPE AFTER USING THE TOLIET:(((((
thank you for the extra advice!
also as a female i do shave between my vagina and rectum the hair is growing back slightly spikey and i think this is a huge problem as it causes me to feel like im being pin pricked
any help?
