In excruciating pain for over 6 months. Help!

I woke up one evening to notice a quite movement inside my Penis head. I couldn't quite understood what it was. I masturbate regularly so I had to stop for some days and took antibiotics with painkillers as directed by my doctor friend. The pain subdued for a while (a week +) then it came back more seriously. The urologists I've seen in three different hospitals all said my Penis looks normal. I've taken blood, urine, penile urethral scan, yet nothing wrong was found. I have been prescribed NSAIDs but they no longer work to reduce the pain, which now feels like there's an injury inside the glans Penis. I actually got to know that I have mild hypospadias during visit to one of the urologists, but he didn't say it's the cause. Only tramadol has worked to relief me of this excruciating pain. I have also been prescribed garbapentin and amitriptyline for nerve pain. I noticed it's only tramadol that works but because when I don't use it, other drugs don't show any effect on me order than make me sleep email. Sadly, doctors don't want to prescribe tramadol for me after two times of positive usage effects. I read it's abused by some people but it has really been of help to this pain. I'm tired of visiting any doctor, right now. They all don't know what's really wrong with me, and they don't want to prescribe the drug that works for the pain. I have a promising career that this condition has been threatening. I'm losing interest in life because of how terrible the pain makes me feel. It's almost like I'm losing my Penis and losing my own life. Since that time that the pain started, the left hand side of my glans Penis is painful when touched whereas the right hand side feels normal when touched. Also, about two months this incident started, I noticed a inner cord that extend to the tip of my Penis disappears. initially, I use to feel it when I touch the head of my Penis. I have always believed that my masturbation habit and having hypospadias are the main cause, but the neurological assume there's no problem. I don't know what to do again. Like. . Does anyone has helpful comments?

The Urologist’s are the right and only people to be helping you to resolve this situation. What you need is to establish a good working relationship with one of the Urologists that you feel that you can fully trust to work with them on this going forward.
You can probably do your penis a BIG favour by stopping masturbating for as long as you possibly can: a few days is no good, 3 weeks is quite good, 3 months even better - whichever, try to severely restrict to once a week if you cannot go without …

I Thank you so much. I have stopped masturbating for some weeks now. The pain right now is not as severe as before but I still have the pain there and even little of it is terrible to feel. I plan to finally try another urologist for the last time before giving up on life. I hope and pray I get solution. Thank you
