i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks recently i been having left arm pain and chest discomfort went to er told me my heart was fine had 3 ekgs blood work said im still having arm pain said its anxiety and panic attacks does anybody else have this

Yes I have this as well. Upper bacl ache and tension which radiates down my arm. Mostly left but sometimes the right arm. It just makes my anxiety worse and its a vicious circle. x

Yes tracy I have had all these symptoms. These are classic anxiety symptoms.

I had these symptoms. I try to not think about it and think positive just keep your mind busy and try not to think about it (sounds easy I know ) but it has worked for me just keep telling yourself it's nothing serious and you will be OK. Hope this helps x

I hate it wish it would go away i take ativan and zoloft

Scary wish it would go away meds dont seem to help anymore
