Looks like herpes. This is a standard breakout. Get tested. Sorry that this happened to you right after not using the condom. Confront your girlfriend she probably knows and didnt tell you. Fucked up.
Also everyones outbreaks are different not everyone develops blisters,clusters etc it presents on people differently. The bright side is you healed quickly for a first out break which is usually the worst.
