Huy guys i recently have been getting a pain in my left temple for like 3 days now, its like someone is pressing on it pretty hard and when i touch it i can feel my vein pulsing does anyone know what this can be because i am panicking thank you

It could be tension headache, migraine, high blood pressure. I recommend you see your PCP

I'm not a dr. so i can't say one way or another. I just know for me that feeling is a bad migraine. But definitely have them check blood pressure.
