In your experience, what was the fastest and slowest acting antidepressant to relieve Anxiety? 

How long did it take to feel any benefit for Anxiety?

Hey Bobby, in my experience, Lexapro was the fastest acting.  Zoloft has been the slowest to see results.  I felt relief from Lexapro within three days.  Zoloft, well, I just passed the eight week mark and it is finally settling in my system.  

Side note: Paxil works wonders on anxiety, but be prepared to sleep over 12 hours a day.

Hi Pamela, I was on 20mg a day of Paxil for roughly six years.

I'm on 30 mg of Paxil and find m very tired . Have you ever been on propranolol, if you have what did you think of them?
