Increase from 75mg to 150mg having few side effects

Hi

6 weeks ago I got tapered from sertraline to Venlafaxine 50mg amd was on 50mg for 4 weeks. I felt a bit of improvement but had a few niggling side effects like tight stomach, bloating and anxiety slowly creeping back in but nothing compared to what it has been like. I was raised to 150mg 2 weeks ago and getting stomach tightness and bit of anxiety again which started couple of days ago. Will this pass or the tablets not really working? I’m scared that I don’t want to go down hill again when I relapsed 6 months ago which is in all my old posts.

Any help anyone?

I'm on 75 mg gradual release venlafaxine

Dosage

Went up from 37.5 mg which I was on for a week.

I feel the anxiety has decreased slightly

But because I'm signed off work

I'm thinking it's because of that and maybe not the medication

I'm speaking to my GP tomorrow

And might ask about increasing the dosage , sorry I can't answer your question..

Did you know much difference when you upped your dose ?
