Increased dose to 200mg and worse

hi guys my psychiatrist increased my dose to 200mg 3 weeks ago and my mood is so low and anxiety is just awful do you think this will eventually lift?

i can take quite a few weeks to settle to be honest. if you can hang in there its worth it

It will! I was so poorly…I started SERT 9 months ago and have been 6 months on 200mg. After 8 weeks on 200mg I returned to work and then got even better very slowly. Unfortunately these meds take a long time to reach optimal effect. You will be fine! Take one day at a time! xx

thank you so much! this is exactly what i needed to hear from someone thats on the same dose and how long it can take to settle etc as i was worrying the fact it had been 3 weeks on the increased dose and felt worse, its good to hear theyre slow acting and that there is hope thanks again! xx
