Hi all increased to 60 last week felt OK but yesterday and today feel like I'm back to start GP did say it would probably increase anxiety and wow it has horrible chest pain which had subsided just wish I felt well on my 11th week xx

Hold on hun it will get better. Everytime I've done an increase I've felt the same but it does get better.

I know, we have suffered so much and come so far. We WILL get there! Try and busy yourself when you can to ease the anxiety. I'm here if you need to chat.

I keep busy all day walk the dogs twice I'm shattered though I have felt a bit better today your nearly frightened to think you could be OK as see what tomorrow brings xx

I'm going out now to walk my dog. She knows how to guilt me into it with just a look. 😄❤️   I'm glad you are feeling a bit better today. The good times will start outweighing the bad. You've got me here to chat with. ❤️

I upped my dose to 40mg 5 days ago and feel the startup side effects. I feel your pain, it's so scary! But hang in there, life will be grest again!

Hi Laurie going into 3rd week of 60 some OK days but still feel crap at times constant worrying mind won't close off causing anxiety chest pain which I focus on good luck x

How long were you on the 20mg?

I have also just increased to 60 mg am also experiencing side effects they do get worse before getting better Hun 😞 . Have you been on 60 mg for 11 weeks all together ?

Hi Jessica no I’ve only been on 60 almost 3 weeks so I know it’s early days I was on Prozac years ago with great results just feel I’ve lost a year of my life as I was on sertraline for 8 months with awfull side effects so switched to Prozac just before Xmas just want to be ME AGAIN  xx

I feel your pain Hun , I’ve been on and off then for 12 years ! And end of January I had missed so many doses that I was back to square one with terrible withdrawal symptoms so started back on my 40mg as instructed by gp well 5 weeks past and I just didn’t feel any better Infact I was worse , 2 weeks ago they upped me to 60mg I felt a tad lighter today and was able to go and buy myself some clothes , but it’s the constant overthinking I can’t cope with just want it over with tbh and to feel like me again same as you Hun xxx

Hi chic I know what you mean it's hard but I think it is worth sticking with it I know it work it has in the past just forgot about the side effects xx

Yes I think so they always work for me  in the end it’s just a long wait which is hard when you feel so crap xxx

I know one thing once I’m settled hopefully I’ll never come off AD again can’t be doing this again xx

Me neither Hun I’ll be happy to stay on them for life if needs be . I’d rather be on a medication for ever than feel like this xx
