I've been increased from 50mg a day to 100mg a day due to increased anxiety due to returning to work after a three month sickness absence. I work in a very stressful office and my anxiety horrible how long will it take to make me feel a bit better?

Sometimes we need to change our situation to feel better. Drugs can only do so much.
If you have an unbearable work situation, maybe you could think about getting another job or starting a small business you would enjoy.
I'm 72 year old. I've struggled with depression and anxiety most of my adult life. I found working for myself reduced my anxiety and allowed me the flexibility I need to work around bouts of depression.
There's more than one way to accomplish your goals.

I'm currently applying for new jobs and I've also offered to volunteer at my local animal rescue centre on a Friday as this is something that I would love to do
Hopefully a new job will come up and it will hopefully improve my health.
