It’s been 6 days since I donated blood for the first time. These dark bruises appeared yesterday only, and they’re increasing in size. what is it?
Doesn’t look that bad, I bruise considerably when I have a normal blood test and not instantly either, it could be referred bruising from the donation or it could be nothings to do with it, are you uk

It was and still hurts but he’s been gone 6 years and I ended up taking on 3 rescue dogs, lovely also in their own crazy way

Thank you for the comments it’s made my day, I think we are so lucky to be able to have pets, I’m a massive believer in the reasoning that they actually help us to deal with the stresses of life in general including mental and physical illnesses
Can’t beat a good cuddle and a good belly laugh and they definitely make me do both
Can’t agree more. Even a slightest interaction with a doggo makes us go from 1 to 10 on the scale of happiness. No doubt they’re one of the best gifts given to us
