Hi everyone, Merry Christmas

I have, over the past few months been started on three different HRT medications, due to side effects or bleeding.

It was suggested by one of my GP that I try Indivina 2mg/5mg. Previous HRT was Ellest duet Conti 2mg/1mg.

I started Indivina five days ago and from day two have had heavy vaginal bleeding so much so that I have had to go out and buy super plus tampons. Haven't had to wear them in over five years.

My question is is this normal when swapping to a table with a higher progesterone dose?

I would go back to doctors to get checked out when they open after the holiday

Hi Caroline, gp is aware of my bleeding issues and over the past two years have been to the Post Menopausal bleeding clinic, had scans, biopsy etc but is negative and is put down to hrt.

Could you try another hrt if it's too much for you

Doctors won't be open till Wednesday. Could probably wait till then.
