I would advise to join a vegan group on facebook they have thousands of members with vegan parents

Hi there,

I weaned my children onto milk free diets due to concerns of asthma and eczema and also for my younger children due to intolerance. I was already vegetarian anyway for many years. I have not had milk in 23 years myself. My eldest child is now 26 and has been fully vegan for several years.
