Whether it is physical sex or oral sex, I'm always ending up with this in the same place each time on my penis and soon after my foreskin is all swollen on that one side (thankfully that goes down after 12-18 hours). I'm only having sex once a week just now because of this.
Any ideas what it can be?
That looks like a friction burn r maybe a touch of eczema use plenty of moistueriser on it and see if that helps, sometimes being a bit to rough can cause it.

I have had the same thing on and off over the years. I was told it was balinitus by my Urologist and Gp. I have some type of hydrocortisone cream that I apply whenever it comes up and that removes it.

Hi WeeMac, whatever it is you need to build-back the strength and resilience in the areas of skin where this is occurring. Get the cause pin-pointed by a Urologist. If you can get to a GUM Clinic, or be referred to either a Dermatologist or a Urologist by your Doctor. A steroidal ointment prescribed by a medical professional may help sort this, long-term, but, find out just what is going on first. You need to get back to having the possibility of having sex when it suits you (and your partner).
I would suggest, if you can, have the symptoms at their worst when you go to a GUM Clinic, Urologist, Dermatologist, or even, just your regular GP / Doctor. Or, of course, have some images of the worst symptoms ready on your mobile phone ...... Good Luck .....
