Hello, I noticed a "permanent" and refractory inflammation** in the middle** of a vitiligo lesion on my hand. So tiny that I don't believe it could be more than a couple cells. Ridiculous amounts of topical pimecrolimus (Elidel) mitigates the problem, but can not totally erase the inflammation. I can hardly take a photo. It doesn't get bigger than a pore though. Also no common therapies had any effect on my vitiligo. Could there be any connection between this and the inflammation?
