Lately I've been noticing my foreskin became a bit red. It gets dry too and leads to leaving small little cuts on my foreskin which stings.
I've been applying anti-fungal cream for a week, but it does not seem to improve. Is this a sign of Herpes? Or anyone know what this is?
this isnt herpes but i sugest if cream hasnt made it improve after a week u need to go get the skin swabbed there are many things that cause that usually they are not srd related and more skin related
u may need a steroidal cream rather than fungal a doctor will know which to prescribe
this picture compared with the last post u put on actaully dosnt look that bad now it dosnt look as dry or cracked as it was

i would keep going with the creams its defo looking better than it was it dosnt look thar bad at all now of u masturbate i would also leave that for a few days in order for it to clear up and also dont have sex so u can allow the skin to heal
