Ingrown Hair on vagina?

Hello, are these ingrown hairs on my vagina ? Or do I need to go to the doctor ? Please help! I am freaking out.

Are you referring to the whitish spots on (genital?) skin? They could be ingrowing hairs, but I think they are more likely to be molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD. If you could take more photos, preferably in focus and re-post, we might be able to confirm this.
Here is what molluscum looks like (DermnetNZ)- they are discrete painless lumps with a dome-shaped appearance and a central dimple.
