i been having these bumps or whatever for a year or two now , they come in go. i first started getting them was when i shaved all my hair off & i had sex a day after unprotected. Only hurts when i touch it . sometimes it bust & blood will come out . PLEASE help. going to the doctor soon.
Looks more like an ingrown hair/infected hair follicle. Herpes tends to blister and then develop into large, painful open sores and you often get other symptoms with it that are flu like (high temp, shivering etc). I’d go to the doctors to be on the safe side, but I think its okay.
