Ingrown hair or STD?

I've had these bumps for the past week, I thought they were ingrown hairs from shaving, but I'm started to become concerned as they have not gone away. They do not hurt or itch, just a little sore to the touch. My partner has no visible STD. I have already have an appointment to check them out, but I'm so worried, please help!!

Results dont come in until saturday, but the doctor said by taking a look at it, it looks like Folliculitis!

Mine look very similar. I think I can even see an ingrown hair in one of your bumps so it’s most likely folliculitis. Get well soon!
