hi ive been paranoid about warts for a while now so this may just be my anxiety acting up but does this look like anytning to be concerned about here? i just really want as many opinions as possible, i shave so i assumed it was a pimple but ive had it for roughly a week now and it is quite sore to touch (not severely sore though) its quite soft not too hard and its in my inner thigh area. am i just being paranoid? is it just a spot? it seems to look more concerning when i have the flash on it. any advice or answers will be very appreciated, getting tired of constantly being worried:(
