Ingrown hairs or herpes?

noticed this about 13 days ago. not at all itchy. they arent even red only when i use the flash on the camera. not blistered or fluid filled. almost not noticable on my skin. very worried about them. started tea tree and coconut oil on them and theyre starting to look better. im scheduled for a herpes blood test next week but im also very worried about getting a false positive result. was recently diagnosed with chlamydia and finished my antibiotics today.

most ingrown hairs wouldnt stick around for 13 days. it does look like some hairs are growing out of some of the sores. although this doesnt look like a “typical” herpes ourbreak i would have the sores swabbed along with the bloodwork. goodluck
