I developed this today about 3 hours ago. I dont know if i infected myself I have hsv1. Ive been paranoid and anxious as of late so any inputs would help. I also dont see any ingrown nail which is why i was wondering what it was. It hurts to the touch and it is red.
The pain and localized redness is on the side of the finger.
