i noticed these about a month ago after i'd shaven completely bald for a beach vacation. they don't hurt at all but they itch like a mf, they burn but only after i itch them. zero other symptoms other than i had a yeast infection a couple weeks ago, but i am pretty prone to those. i'm leaning toward infected ingrowns, but i don't see an actual hair. i'm not really concerned about herpes, i know what that looks like but any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, do you have them on your vagina ? does it itch there or have any discomfort ? Also why did you rule out herpes ? there is different strains of the virus and it effects everyone different. If these developed and are the same ones from the first time they appeared is concerning and you should get them tested specially if they become an open sore, like one looks like they may become. was the yeast infection first or the bumps ?

no nothing on my actual vagina, no itching there or discomfort when peeing or anything. it just doesn’t look like any of the HSV strains i’ve seen. i honestly noticed them around the same time so idk which was first. they aren’t really open sores per se, one was bleeding a little bc i picked at it. i think it’s a mix of ingrowns and molloscum honestly.

i have seen Molloscum and they look much worse. They will also spread since you been scratching them. There is a few home remedies you can try and see if they ease the itch and have them go away. You can try apple cider vinegar and tree oil to treat it.

well i just had a guy i slept w about 6 wks ago let me know he tested positive for chlamydia…soooo theres that lol

yeah but he could have gotten that with in the 6 weeks. Also chlamydia symptoms are more at your vag not the pubic area. I dont think you have that. How is your discharge ?

its mostly normal, a little yellow/green but normal consistency. a little smell but not overwhelming. i do have a lot of itching

have you checked your vagina for any lesions or bumps ? do you have any abdominal pain that is not related to cramps ? Not sure how the discharge looks like but you could also be having a yeast infection: Any other symptoms ?

not abdominal pain but back pain. my actual vagina is totally normal. no other symptoms. just the bumps on my pubic area, itching, back pain, and some abnormal discharge.

i would get tested for peace of mind, specially that one of your partners did test positive for chlamydia. it does have symptoms of abdominal pain. also test for the bumps, dont itch them
it will make things worse and can spread.
