For an initial outbreak is it always going to cause discomfort? have some people here had single lesions without pain or will you always be able to tell?

no they are all same, ive had it 12 years, my outbreaks space out a little further, but they still hurt like hell, back ache, groin ache, and the blisters.
the fever and stuff doesn’t come, just the nerve pain, and this is caused because HSV lives in your nerves.
hey i have had scortum pain but had a prostate infection but have skin colored bumps on penis head that have not chnaged in 6 months dont itch no fever no blisters any thoughts?
