Hi, can anyone recommend an innersole - after I have been wearing my shoes for a couple of hours walking about ( no problem when just sitting) I get very painful balls of my feet. It is not arthritis. I have tried gel half soles but no good. Regards Jean
I have mine done at the hospital orthotics department, there very good but if your not under them I was going to suggest schol gel ones but if you have tried them don't know what else would help, I presuming your not wearing heals
Try proper orthapedic insoles, they sell them online. I get mine from my chiropractor
