Hi everyone I was just wondering how to beat insomnia due to anxiety. Been awake all night just laying here like a beached whale. I tried quiet life x2 but still nothing. Its weird because previous nights I have gotten a good nights kip but last night nothing. Listened to calming music on you tube. Gave up at the hour mark. So really im asking if you have suffered from this. How did you manage to sort it, did you manage to get yourself to fall asleep and if so how. Any advice greatly welcome.
Have you tried melototine ? Natural sleep aid. 10 mg usually does the trick for me. If not maybe some relaxation music ? My beast come out when I sleep, that's when my symptoms are the worse and when I wake up shaking and jittery I swear I will never sleep again. I love to sleep so this is a real problem for me, knows no what I will face when I awake. But I guess that is not how your anxiety manifests so I suggest the melatonin for now. Cheap enough and natural. Anything heavier needed, consult your doctor
Sometimes listening to the music on YouTube doesn't do it for me because my mind still wanders . I listen to the spoken meditations for anxiety or sleep on YouTube.
I have to hear a voice that is calming in order to relax And very often I fall asleep before it's over. Try some of those with earbuds. You can search for mindful meditation for relaxation. Many others to choose from also. They help calm a racing mind. 😁

Walmart or any drug store. In the vitamin section. You can take as many as you want and it won't hurt you. Get the 10 mg one. It works best. Take two before bed if you are over 200 pounds like me.
