Please help me, I have been to several different doctors and absolutely nobody can give me answers. I have had pelvic ultrasounds, tried birth control, tried taking pain medications and nothing helps. The first day of my period has such bad period cramps to the point where wearing pants and them sitting along my waist impacts the levels of my pain. I take anywhere from 15-20 ibuprofen at 500 mg just to survive the day at a somewhat tolerable pain level and even then, spend the entire day completely uncomfortable and in pain. I literally cannot continue to live like this. I dread having my period and spend the first 24 hours of my period in excruciating paid. At this point, I am going to kill my liver having to take pain medicine at this rate, which by the way, is what the last OBGYN told me to do to relieve the pain. I have come back negative on every test, and nobody is willing to do more testing or refer me to anything. Please, please help me figure out what is wrong and how to find a doctor to take me seriously and help me figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions, beyond the obvious please as mentioned I am far beyond just a heating pad or take a pain pill, would be helpful.

Higher levels of prostaglandins are associated with more severe cramps.
Endometriosis? Maybe like endometriosis. Uterine fibroids. Pelvic inflammatory disease.dysmenorrhea. Have they ruled all of those out?
