Intense GI discomfort/bloat along w/ decreased libido and nocturia limiting my life

In Fall of 2016, I experienced a 2-week period of intense anxiety and insomnia with secondary urinary issues: increased urgency, frequent urination at night, bladder pressure, etc. Stress/anxiety was caused by school. I was in the best shape of my life concerning fitness and nutrition. Once those 2-weeks were complete, my urinary issues continued with fluctuating symptoms; urologist could not identify problem. I also noticed some increased bloating and abdominal discomfort. A few month later, I then developed noticeable testosterone issues: decreased libido and extreme tiredness with increased abdominal fat. My urologist tested my testosterone level and sure enough, it was extremely low. He soon put me on Clomid as a conservative method of treatment; after 2-weeks, I began to feel like a new man, better than have ever felt before! Although, my testosterone level was still considerable low and I continued to have GI issues: bloating and discomfort. Quality of life was great until about 5-months later in August of 2017, I began to notice drastic signs of low testosterone. My life was spiraling out of control. I was soon put on testosterone injections which seemed to do some good. Fast-forward to now, everything seems to be normal concerning blood work; however, I have severe bloating and abdominal pain throughout the day, no libido, increased abdominal fat. I have been seeing a GI who puts my on a different med and supplements every visit with no improvements. EGD done w/ biopsy, negative; no other invasive testing done. I cannot identify any specific triggers to my symptoms. I have come to believe that all my problems are stemming from my gut. I need help! I am 26 years old and about to begin my career as a physical therapist. Anyone out there with similar symptoms and possible solution?

So your blood work regarding hormones are normal as of now with TRT injections, but you still have the same low T symtoms? Have you tried the testosterone gel? Also it's important to know whether or not your FSH is elevated (can cause low T), what your free T levels are, and your estrogen levels (i.e. if your estrogen is high, you might benifit from an aromatase inhibitor).

Have you and your doctor tried to rule out allergens, i.e. gluten and dairy? Or even something like artificial sweeteners? Have you tried any medications for IBS?

I hope very much you find some answers soon. I am sort of in the same boat. I just got my nursing license, and can't even jump on the job hunt because I have severe abd pain and bloating that leaves me bed ridden and underweight, with all obvious possible causes coming back negative. I had a severe case of endometriosis last year, which was removed....but I am always wondering if my abd pain is hormone related or not!

I've read alot into TRT therapy, diagnosing, therapies, and symptoms, because my dad is dealing with low T. He uses the gel, and his nausea and upset stomach really seem to improve.
